 100,000 KEEP Participant gets tested for Kidney Disease! Aura Lemus from Inglewood CA is the 100,000 participant in the nation to get screened for Kidney Disease. KEEP is a free public health screening program designed to identify those at increased risk for kidney disease and to encourage them to seek further evaluation and follow-up from a physician. Adverse outcomes of Chronic Kidney Disease can be prevented through early detection and screening

The NKFSC is pleased to announce the presentation of three new research fellowships. This years fellowship awardees are Prabhleen Singh at UCSD, Hamid Moradi at UC Irvine, Eileen Tsai at UCLA.
All three will receive funding of $50,000 for their one year research project. |
